"This view also show how little has changed with the Lee Building, and even more so since the rooftop billboard structure was ordered to be removed by the city. Further down the block, much of what is in the old photo is still there, but the building on the very left was replaced by that bank building. That bank building now stands alone on the corner thanks to a fire late last year that destroyed its neighbours. This building survived and there was talk about Tim Horton's moving into the vacant building."
