Thanks for writing; sorry your message seems not to have noticed until now. If you still want this deleted you can list it on Commons:Deletion requests. The person who uploaded it listed it as public domain due to age, which would be the usual case with works from the United States from 1853. I mention this as the copyright status is likely to come up in your deletion request. I also left a note asking the user who uploaded it about the image source at User talk:Rainer Zenz (where you can leave a message for them as well if you wish).
